This Privacy Notice explains how Effizia Strategic Partners Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with the sale of digital research reports and other digital products.

In connection with the sale of our products, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:Identification and contact data: name, email address, and where relevant, organisation or company name and country of residence, provided by you at the point of purchase.

Payment is processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy and its underlying payment processors), who handle card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Communications data: the content of any correspondence you send us, including support enquiries, refund requests and feedback.
- Technical data: where you visit our website, limited technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited may be collected via cookies or analytics tools. Where required, we will request your consent before using non-essential cookies.
We process personal data on the following lawful bases:
- Performance of a contract: to fulfil your order, deliver the product, provide receipts and respond to support requests.
- Compliance with legal obligations: to maintain accounting and tax records, comply with sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks where applicable, and respond to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure and improve our products and website, to keep records of our business, and to contact you in connection with your purchase. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered the impact on you and concluded that our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: where you have explicitly agreed, for example by subscribing to our mailing list. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing effizia@outlook.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
We will not add you to a marketing mailing list as a result of a purchase alone. Where we send marketing communications, we do so on the basis of your consent or, where permitted, on the basis of soft opt-in for similar products to those you have purchased. You can opt out at any time.
We share personal data only with carefully selected third parties who help us operate our business, including:
- Our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy and its underlying payment processors), who process the transaction and handle payment data;
- Our website host and Webflow infrastructure providers, who store the technical data necessary to operate the website;
- Our accountants, auditors and professional advisers, where required for the operation of our business or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- Regulators, law enforcement or other authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell personal data to any third party. We do not use personal data, or content of correspondence, to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure that an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a transfer to a country that has been determined by the UK government to provide an adequate level of protection.
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice, or for as long as required by law. In particular:
- Transaction and tax records are retained for at least six years from the end of the relevant accounting period, in line with HMRC requirements;
- Customer support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period thereafter;
- Marketing data is retained until you opt out or until we determine that the data is no longer relevant.
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

- The right to request erasure of your data, where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it;
- The right to object to processing where we are relying on legitimate interests;

- The right to withdraw consent at any time, where we are relying on consent.

We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly before you do so.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. These measures include access controls, secure transmission protocols and the use of reputable service providers who maintain industry-standard security.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Where we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO and, where required, you, in accordance with applicable law.
